FOR THE SACRED JOURNEY WITHIN

Dream

Therapy

Weaving the wisdom of your Dreams to embrace a deeper connection to the unconscious, healing and self-discovery.

“The Dream is a little hidden door in the innermost and most secret recesses of the soul, opening into that cosmic night which was psyche long before there was any ego-consciousness.”

C.G. Jung

Dreams: Whispers of the Soul

There is so much healing, meaning and insight to be found in Dreams and Dream Therapy.

As a BACP psycho-spiritual therapist (in my qualifying year) with a master’s degree in Psychology, a yoga teacher, practitioner and somatics facilitator, I bring a unique blend of therapeutic skills, embodied practice and deep reverence for the imaginal realms to our work together.

From a depth psychological perspective, Dreams speak the symbolic language of the soul. In Dream Therapy, we create a safe, compassionate and devoted space to translate that language and explore the mystery of Dream.

Dream Therapy is not about rigid interpretations or quick answers. It’s a process of deep listening, curiosity and creativity. By working with your Dreams, we can uncover their unique messages, confront buried truths and reconnect with the fullness of who you are and your place amongst the collective.

I am an integrative psycho-spiritual therapist and my work is a blend of Jungian Depth Psychology, Process Work, Somatic Psychotherapy and Person Centred Therapy.

Dream Therapy is an invitation to dive deeply into the sacred art of soul-making

Work with me

Dream Therapy is for you if:

⪢ You feel drawn to explore the symbolic language of your Dreams and integrate their wisdom into your waking life.

⪢ You are committed to personal growth and want to engage in creative, depth-oriented inner work.

⪢ You believe that the relationship between body and psyche holds transformative power and want to go beyond typical talk therapy traditions of psychological work.

⪢ You are called towards psycho-spiritual healing that is in service of collective liberation.

⪢ You are at a crossroads, life transition, or personal transformation and seek deeper clarity and guidance.

⪢ You have been on a healing journey or engaged in therapy and want to deepen your connection with the unconscious.

⪢ You desire a safe, supportive space to explore the sacred, mysterious and intuitive aspects of your being.

⪢ You are experiencing vivid, recurring, or unsettling Dreams and want to understand their messages.

Dream Therapy sessions are deeply personal and tailored to meet you and your Dreams as they are calling to you and speaking to your experience. We’ll explore your Dreams through a blend of proven therapeutic approaches, including:

  • Som-active Imagination: Engage with Dream symbols, sensations and archetypes in a creative, embodied way.

  • Embodied Awareness: Tune into the sensations and emotions your Dreams evoke, grounding insights in your body’s wisdom.

  • Storytelling and Ritual: Reclaim the sacred act of dreaming as a practice for healing and transformation.

  • Deep Listening: Space and time to really be with what is emerging from the somatic unconscious during our sessions and tools to support what emerges between them.

  • Intuitive Insight: Allow psyche to emerge and commune with the imaginal.

This is not just about interpreting your Dreams but entering into a dialogue with them to uncover their meanings, honour their guidance and integrate their gifts into your life.

What to Expect

Your Dreams are woven with the golden threads of your inner wisdom.

I connected with Libby when I was having an especially hard run with difficult nightmares, and we worked together virtually for six months. Her calm and welcoming presence and skilled space holding helped me enter the dreamwork with ease, despite the difficult nature of my Dream landscape. She guided me through rich and lighthearted conversations, plucking at each thread of my dreamscape, helping me become more deeply intimate with my inner worlds. Through our work, I found that I was able to be more of a neutral observer in my Dreams, increasing my sense of presence and enriching my ability to observe and be curious towards the active elements in my psyche. Despite difficult themes and emotions present in my Dream World, our work together was fun and truly a delight.

Libby takes us by the hand, walks us through, and intimately guides us into the realm of psyche, the realm of soul—that liminal space where we can connect to a deeper and broader sense of who we are and where we come from. She speaks to the poet and the mystic in each of us, the one that dares to descend, that yearns for connection, but ultimately, the one that knows. As she threads in wisdom from both the imaginal and the embodied realms, she helps us to remember. To re-member. She reacquaints us with the magical, the mystical, the darkness, the mystery, the shadow.

With Libby, we remember that we are everything, intimately intertwined with existence, with the exquisite agony of being here, where poetry and magic coexist with brutality and despair. She holds this line from a place of embodied acceptance, from an inner knowing that she must—because it matters. It matters that we turn to darkness and uphold the glimmer, that we encounter joy amidst a world in calamity. Because she cares. And this is the essential thing. It hurts to care so much. Do we turn away, or do we turn towards the sacred ache and bear witness to such a degree that it becomes a thing of real beauty, of service, of belonging?

Thank you, Libby, for holding this degree of entirety in you and for showing us the way—through your storytelling, your guardianship, your showing up, again and again.
